This innovative exposure unit produces consistent digital flexo plates using UV LEDs that do not require a warm-up and simultaneously expose the main and back exposure.
The ThermoFlex 80 was built with productivity and quality in mind, featuring automatic plate handling, on-the-fly resolution switching, and an automated calibration system for consistent, high-quality plates.
With its 3D Brush Motion system, our EVO plate processor provides a consistent and repeatable washout that automatically synchronizes the brushes, so they always clean the plate at the correct rate.
Our cutting table accurately and consistently cuts all our flexo plates. The edge is cut at a 45˚ angle for thicker corrugated plates as standard to reduce plate lift when running on the press.
Our large format ESKO CDI Crystal and ESKO Crystal XPS system, the first in the UK to be certified, produces high-quality plates at a fast turnaround and continues our commitment to technology and quality. With the ESKO Crystal screening and Print Control Wizard (PCW) technology, we can offer our customers improved print performance, press efficiencies, and ink reductions.
Waldo continues to raise the standards with our unique high-performance Flexobase plates, offering our customers accurate colour to colour registration. Our three-metre wide, fully automated mounting table can accurately mount flexographic plates to your exact press specifications.

Bellissima Digital Modulated Screening (DMS) is the ultimate in flexographic screening and rivals the quality of other processes such as offset and gravure. The innovative screening technology eliminates noise and moire and enhances the quality and stability of flexo printing with the additional benefit of faster make-readies and ink savings.
With GMG OpenColor, our experienced colour management team can support the fingerprinting process of your press and build colour profiles to match. We can produce proofs that can reliably and accurately predict the final printed result, confident in knowing they are achievable on press.
